Floor Plan
The first floor (4000 sq ft) houses two
gallery/showroom spaces, storage and office areas (1800 sq ft), and an open area
(2200 sq ft) which is currently used as a studio, but could easily serve as
additional gallery space, warehouse space or a meeting/event room.
The first floor includes two handicapped-accessible bathrooms. The
second floor (1200 sq ft) is a fully equipped living space with full
bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, a spacious bedroom, and a beautiful large
